And The Sun Just Keeps on Shinning!

Hello from the former beautiful Huntsville in the heart of Muskoka. It has been so hot here...I think the equator has moved north to the 62 parallel. We have been fortunatel to have recieved about an 1' of rain in the lst week which has fallen in the evenings. The fire ban continues as we are still very very dry and dusty. Compared to last year the blackflies and mosquitos have taken a holiday.

Huntsville Marne has placed some 160 boats in the water in the last 20 days. we have accomplished this in many days of 90 degree weather. If you have every opened a boat top on a day like we have been having..it is very hard on the staff to work inside the boat where temperatures are over 100 degrees.

The picture shows our planting which we are continuing to work on. Flowers to be planted this week...got to get the boats done first. As I sit here today we have 10 new boat units going in the water on Saturday...should be be quite the day!
The countdown to Tofino contiunes with 116 days remaining. Apparently small planes crash here or along this coast more often than we normally here about. I will be scratching this off my list of things to do.
The inventory shortage continues and in fact is getting worse. If you are considering a new boat this year...now is the time. Boat prices are rising again sue to shortages and the weakening of the Canadain dollar.
